Renee Lampman Award
Renee Lampman spent years as a positive influence to many REALTORS®. She lived life to it's fullest, and loved to encourage others to achieve their potential as well. Renee achieved great success as a REALTOR® by all measures through hard work, helping others, and industry involvement. Renee did things the right way and embodied what it means to be a REALTOR® at Nebraska Realty.
Requirements: The Renee Lampman Industry Service Award is the highest honor one can receive at Nebraska Realty. This award embodies the totality of involvement in the industry, high professional achievement, selfless giving, and agent influence. When you think of Renee Lampman, you assume "well-rounded". If you or someone you know represents all these incredible characteristics please submit an application/nomination.

Judi Anding Award
Judi Anding was never too busy to empower her peers. She was the ultimate educator serving over 45 years in the real estate industry. In fact, she was one of the first teachers at the Randall School. She was always quietly working to not only empower people, but entire communities, by helping them improve their surroundings and self worth. So many people were impacted by her selfless acts to provide hope for those less fortunate. We are honored to have the opportunity to honor Judi with this award, and allow her legacy to live on within our company.
Requirements: The Judi Anding Award represents selflessness and giving. This honor is for someone who gives their time to others in hopes of making a positive impact all while expecting nothing in return. If you or someone you know embodies these characteristics, please submit a nomination in Judi’s honor.

Rookie of the Year
Submit your application/nomination for the Rookie of the Year Award. Complete and submit application/nomination below no later than Friday, February 6th, 2026.
This award recognizes an agent who has been in real estate sales less than 18 months and has achieved a high level of professional success in real estate sales. The Rookie of the Year recognizes an achievement in sales, but also considered is a candidates demonstration of values and behavior that upholds and exemplifies the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Eligibility:
1. Must be a newly licensed agent within 18 months of 12/31/25
2. Only individual production accumulated while licensed at Nebraska Realty will be considered.
